Code of Conduct

At GD-iTS Group, and all of its operating companies, we are committed to promoting and encouraging ethical and responsible business practices. This Code of Conduct describes the standards and values to which all our employees and business partners must adhere.

1. Bribery and corruption

We strictly prohibit bribery and corruption in all our business activities. Employees may neither offer nor accept gifts, favours or payments to improperly influence business decisions, unless of idealistic or a low value.

2. Child labour

We reject child labour and strive to ensure that no child is employed in our operations or supply chain. We comply with all applicable laws and international standards regarding the minimum age for employment.

3. Human rights

Employees are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct. Every report will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken against violators.

8. Supervision and enforcement

We actively enforce this Code of Conduct and take corrective actions where necessary. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.

9. Privacy and data protection

We respect the privacy of our customers and ensure the protection of their personal data. We act in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
