What are your tasks?

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for the air cargo business.
  • Building, managing and expanding long-term relationships with direct shippers and agents.
  • Visiting (international) networking events and conferences.
  • Actively identifying and exploiting new business opportunities in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer-centric solutions.
  • Achieving revenue targets and reporting results to management.

As Sales Manager Air Freight, you will be responsible for increasing our market share and strengthening our position in the air freight sector. You focus on both direct shippers and agents and know how to enthuse these target groups for our logistics solutions. Your role is essential in achieving our growth objectives.

This is you

  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within logistics, with a focus on air freight.
  • Extensive knowledge of the air freight market and strong connections within the industry.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
